Shrimp Creole

I made this tonight, in between 60,000 on and off-line conversations about curricular crap (gah). Don't bother looking at the link if you don't like southern cuisine--if you do--you'll be in heaven. I used only a pound of shrimp--otherwise I was fairly faithful to the recipe. And it definitely lived up to the hype.

Oh that looks so good. There must be something in the air cause I'm making red beans and rice.

In a related NOLA question...
Who do you think makes the best Muffuletta?
My vote: Napoleon House

Now that is a tough question! Not sure I've had muffuletta in the last 20 years. A vague remembrance of a place across from Jackson Square...cannot remember the name, but it had a super cool interior (classic French Quarter) courtyard.
