These past few weeks have been ridiculously busy. Conferences for two weekends in a row with a new exhibit installation looming. I started painting the museum Thursday (8 hrs), went to the planning meeting for a Spring '09 conference on Friday morning, then taught two courses, then went to a grant proposal meeting in the afternoon. Painted some more on Saturday and finally finished on Sunday. The new color is a cool pale blue and really looks good with the material featured in the new show. One of my favorite pieces is below.
