Some Fabulous History of Anthropology Reading

Over at Savage Minds, you'll find this link to a fascinating and delightful article published in the Winter 2008 Magazine of Reed College: Listening to Indians, The Warm Springs Project: Reed Anthropology in the Postwar Moment, by Robert E. Moore. It has just become required reading for my current grad seminar. And don't miss the related article that follows: Live/Work Space, by Stephanie Snyder. Wow. Grab your morning coffee and have a read. You'll feel inspired (or at the very least, learn some new intellectual genealogies). Now let's get our interdisciplinary ducks in order and do our own version of a Warm Springs Project.
