Remember the aggravating HS intern to whom I loaned MY African Art books? Hundreds of dollars worth of art books? She apparently returned them to the university library 3 months ago. I'm SO put out. Got to truck over there and find out what in the world has happened to them. I'm guessing they probably SOLD them in a recent book sale. Or perhaps cataloged them into the permanent collection? Gah!!!

No such luck, although an APB has been put out to all the right people. Thank god I've got some friends in high places:) Unfortunately, the librarian in charge of gifts remembers them coming through, checking them against the library's collection, and sending most of them down to the damn Friends of. BAH. This semester is just full of fun isn't it? Yay for margaritas tomorrow.
Somehow I completely forgot about her. Now I'm sure I'll never forget. Can't wait for tonight!
It's official now she is/was a complete waste of space!
Also, JUST thought about this... why would she return them to the library... they don't have a bar code on them, nor did she get them at a library!
